Two storey detached holiday villa, situated in Takaungu Creek on the Kenyan coast in Kilifi County. Set on a 2 acre plot with a built up area of approximately 10,763.90sqf.

The main concept was to orient the villa towards the outdoor garden and the Indian Sea. The volumes were conceived in an "L" shape facing west. This decision ensures the best use of the views towards the natural environment, the ocean and the sunset. The client expressly requested that all social and private areas be left open to natural ventilation through sliding doors and windows. The main objective was to make all areas as open and integrated as possible.
