FF&E and interior design for a 5-star hotel on the Island of San Andrés, Colombia. It comprises 254 standard rooms as well as Jr. suites and presidential suites. Three themed restaurants (Rodizio, Italian and Teppanyaki), both standard and VIP pool areas, beach club with snack bar. Spa, gym, beauty saloon, sports bar, snack bar and ballrooms. It also encompassed a residential development with two lobbies and amenities. Project carried out for Hitos Urbanos in collaboration with Lang & Schwander.
